I have a broad range of executive and managerial experience ranging from Plant Manager in the chemical industry to Chief Operating Officer of a financial institution. I have demonstrated success in strategic planning, employee development, succession planning, operational efficiency, and safety performance. I have extensive coaching experience working with individuals as well as teams starting with the front line all the way to the Chief Executive Officer. I have facilitated succession planning including the identification and development of high potential candidates, as well as the assessing of candidates for executive and managerial positions.
