SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Thirty-five years of experience in the Department of Defense Test and Evaluation process. My experience includes Technical, Managerial, and Executive Staff positions. Professional accomplishments include key Hands-on Technical Leadership and Field Management positions on more than 30 Successful Target Ground and Air-Launch Ballistic Missile Field Campaigns, in support of TMD assets, including PAC-3, THAAD, and Aegis- Maintained career positions in Test Planning and Data Analysis Engineering, Group Lead Test Engineer, Subcontract Quality Manager, Test Laboratory Operations Manager, Laboratory System Integration Test Conductor and Target Missile Launch Site Test Conductor, Multiple Mission Test Director, Mission Management - Experience encompasses all phases of System Integration and Test Management such as Test Program Concept Development, Proposal Development, Manpower /Resource Planning, Master Program Test Plans, Technical Internal/Customer/Test Range Reviews, Facility Requirements Definition- Technical Experience includes the design, certification, and engineering drawing documentation of test support equipment such as cables, simulators, fixtures, and breakout boxes required to support system hardware/software integration- Conducted qualification, reliability, stress screening, and engineering integration tests of various DOD systems, subsystems and technologies- Generated numerous Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports of varying degrees of complexity - Performed a variety of Data Analyses of subsystem and system level test results - Experience with DOD Military Standards and Specifications related to requirements, integration, and test- Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, Valparaiso Technical Institute - Certifications include 6S, Lean Thinking, AMTEC Ammunition and Explosives Safety, White Belt, 6 Sigma and Zero Tolerance for Failure. Presently maintain an active DOD issued Secret Security Clearance.
