I create, sustain, and scale programs that matter. To do that, I always start with the people, the most important element of any organization, then focus on delivering key outcomes while staying agile and never losing sight of the customer. I’m an inspirational and thought leader who combines strategic vision and customer requirements with near-perfect tactical execution. Having been a naval officer provided me with discipline, structure, responsibility, encouragement, and leadership at the start of my career. I’ve built on those foundations ever since. I love taking programs to new and higher levels, and when the customer smiles about it - then my cup has been filled. In my executive roles I have found out the following about myself: I lead and scale multibillion dollar global programs - I keep the customer at the center of everything- I focus on the team and assure they are equipped for success, then I get the heck out of the way. I enjoy Business Development and growing a pipeline - I love to win, and seeing the team win gives me greater joy- I can make any customer understand what we do and how we can help- Partnering is powerful. I never stop growing - Learning new things excites me- I never settle for ‘good enough’- Reflecting on failures is one of the best ways I learn.
