HR Consultancy: Act as a consultant for HR services including, but not limited to the following: Talent & Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management o Talent and Organizational Development -Proactively identify gaps, determine root cause, and propose and implement changes to reduce risk-Drive performance improvement and provoke positive changes in people management and engagement. o Executive Coaching -Provide coaching to build leadership capabilities and to address and resolve issues. o Compensation and Benefits -Lead the review of job descriptions and continuums to ensure appropriate benchmarking and market analysis. Implemented changes accordingly. o Project and Program Management -Orchestrate the delivery and implementation of core human resources programs and processes in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence and Regional HRBP's.
