With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a passionate and driven regional manager who delivers sealing, bearing, and polymer solutions for critical components across energy, industrial, and process sectors. I have a strong technical background and a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans, managing complex projects, and building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. I am motivated by the mission of CDI Energy Products, a global leader in engineered polymer solutions, to provide innovative, reliable, and sustainable solutions that enhance performance, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact. As the regional manager for Northern Europe, I led a team of 12 sales and technical professionals, covering 18 countries and generating over $20 million in annual revenue. I was responsible for developing and implementing the regional business strategy, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, negotiating and closing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I also partnered with the global engineering and product development teams, providing market insights, customer feedback, and technical requirements to support the design and launch of new products and solutions. Some of the key achievements of my role include securing a large contract with a major oil and gas operator, expanding the market share in the Nordic region, and delivering multiple sealing and polymer solutions for challenging applications in the upstream sector. I leveraged my skills in oil and gas, well services, technical sales, and business development to achieve these results.
