Mr. Ron Thompson is an accomplished economist and consultant who offers 20 years of experience in researching and providing actionable analysis of economic and commercial real estate market conditions. His years of professional experience has culminated in his establishing and growing a consulting business that provides economic research studies, commercial real estate research, forecasting, regional economic analysis, labor economic analysis, and predictive analytics for various corporate, municipal, and organizational clients. Thompson has performed consulting projects for clients such as National Urban League, Philadelphia Urban League, Enterprise Florida, New York State Senate Finance Committee, and other private and public entities. His work spans completing racial disparity research to quantifying the economic impact of 9/11 on NYC. Both of those studies were used to shape policy at the local and regional level. Thompson’s other work includes analyzing economic impact related to the Route 29 Slip Ramp on Chester County, Pennsylvania and the FHWA I-77 project in West Virginia. He also completed the initial research that justified a national $1.5B industrial commercial real estate acquisition, which advanced the client's corporate strategy.
