38 Years Experience in Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up & Operations. LNG/NGL/LPG and Plastics Process Facilities. High/Low Pressure and Sweet/Sour Gas & Oil Production, Oil Treatment Facilities, Oil Sands Refinery and Chemicals Industry (Silicon Manufacturing and Plastics). Most of my career has been working in the Canadian Oil and Gas Industry. The last eleven years in Indonesia, Russia, Qatar, Oman, China, Algeria and Saudi Arabia. I have worked with many teams in the success of projects from the construction phase to and including operations optimization phase. I have been extensively involved in DCS and Process On Job Training and Instruction to achieve operator competency. Conducting assessments and gap analysis for operations and procedural tasks. Including but not limited to: Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality Assurance, process monitoring, trouble shooting and optimization of process units; Preparation of equipment for start up, shut down and maintenance activities; safety and work permit preparation and monitoring; pre job planning, tail gate and lessons learned sessions with all involved agencies. Computer literate with Microsoft applications and have a good knowledge using PLC’s, SCADA and DCS. I have also constructed and maintained graphics for production, processing and training on DCS systems.
