Director of Technology/CIO and Educator for 30+ years. I recently retired after an unbelievable 30 yrs in education and technology. I’m starting the consulting phase of my new life and look forward to working on different types of technology projects around the country. As Director/CIO Oversaw the technology infrastructure of WAN, LAN (AD/Azure), Aruba WiFi, Cisco VOIP, desktops, mobile devices, BenQ TVs, security cameras, on-prem and cloud software, helpdesk and data reporting for the White Plains City School District. Directs a team of 10, oversees a $4.5 million annual budget, purchasing of equipment, project management, vendor contracts, audits, conducts professional development, manages technical documentation and policies, serves as the data privacy officer and is a member of the emergency response team. Direct oversight of the following systems: Infinite Campus, Performance Matters Assessment and Analytics, NWEA, Schoology Learning Management System, Clever, Timepiece (timeclocks/attendance), Frontline (AESOP/MLP), Office 365, Fusion (VOIP/Singlewire), K12alerts (messaging), Finalsite (website content), JAMF (iPad Management).
