I’ve spent nearly three decades in law enforcement rising through every rank, serving as Chief of Police, and now leading the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police as Executive Director. My career has been built on one core mission: helping law enforcement leaders raise the bar for professionalism, trust, and community impact. I work with police executives and command staff across Michigan to solve the real challenges of modern policing - whether that’s advancing professional development, promoting excellence in law enforcement, or shaping policies that balance safety, accountability, and community trust. I know how complex the role of a chief can be, and I’m committed to making sure leaders don’t have to navigate it alone.
