About Rona Mercado

Hi! I’m Rona—currently Chief Growth Officer at Concept Arts, a creative agency known for iconic storytelling across entertainment. I specialize in building culturally resonant, business-driving work that connects with real people and leaves a lasting mark. Now at Concept Arts, I’m helping lead the charge as we expand from our entertainment roots into the broader world of brand.Over the last 16+ years, I’ve partnered with the world’s most influential brands—Netflix, Taco Bell, Google, Meta, Disney, Warner Media, and yes, even the legendary Snoop Dogg—to deliver award-winning, industry-shifting campaigns.I was part of the founding team at Cashmere Agency, where we built what became the industry’s first Culture Agency of Record. From a garage in Venice to an acquisition by S4 Capital’s Media.Monks, I helped lead Cashmere’s growth and creative evolution—playing a key role in driving revenue, assembling standout teams, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and producing culture-defining work like the four-season campaign for FX’s Atlanta.
