Sourcing profiles using Internal Database, Employee Referrals, Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter. Hiring for niche skills like Data Science, Big Data, DevOps, AWS, Azure, IoT, DWBI, ReactJs, Bazel, etc. Hiring across levels from Software Engineer till Technical Architects, Delivery Manager, etc. Managing multiple stakeholders/hiring managers & having weekly meetings for giving hiring updates, understanding the requirements, building hiring strategies & plans and discussing challenges & issues. Managing vendor partners by sharing requirements and getting regular updates.
