About Ronald Arp

I am a driven, loyal and positive Supply Chain professional. More than 30 years of Supply Chain management knowledge and experience has been built up in wholesale, retail and e-commerce on a strategic and operational level with EMEA as the field of activity. My expertise is setting up, managing and improving or changing Supply Chain organizations and processes. In doing so, I keep an overview, work constructively with stakeholders and I am result-oriented and customer-oriented. I am a real people manager, a connector, a motivator and an inspirator. Being accessible to, listening well to and communicating easily with everyone within the organization determine my personality to a large extent. I like an informal and pleasant working atmosphere where humour should not be missing. My interest focuses on core topics such as knowledge transfer, collaboration, LEAN, health and sustainability with Supply Chain as the common thread. Developing and coaching others with the aim of making a significant contribution to the organization I work for is an important motivation for me.
