About Ronald Bouman

In mijn huidige baan heb ik de integrale verantwoordelijk voor de performance van het back bone glas kabelnetwerk van KPN. Een van de doelen hierbij is dat incidenten met een korte doorlooptijd, tegen de laagste kosten en met de juiste kwaliteit opgelost worden. Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor innovaties, formule beheer (samenhang PGSO t.w. Processen, Gegevens, Systemen en Organisatie), projecten t.a.v. verbetering van de performance (dit kan zijn in de techniek of binnen de PGSO in de keten), operationele issues, de besturing van complexe incidenten en de leveranciers besturing van dit In my current job I have the full responsibility for the performance of the optical backbone cable network of KPN. One of our goals is to solve incidents with a short outage time, at the lowest cost but with the right quality. Besides that, I'm also responsible for innovations, formula management (the cohesion PGSO, Processes, Data, Systems and Organization) projects with regards to improve performance (this within in technology or within the PGSO chain), operational issues, controlling of complex incidents and the suppliers control of this platform. My competences are project management, implementation, impact analysis, process development, account management, leading a team and coaching people, transfer knowledge.
