I am an experienced Business System Analyst/Mortgage Document Specialist working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for ICE Mortgage Technology in Pleasanton, California. I work remotely in the Los Angeles area. I am currently working in the Custom Documents department. I work with hundreds of lenders across the country customizing Encompass generic or standard documents or creating new custom forms for the Encompass Document Engine (EDS). I started in the mortgage industry in 1998 at Statewide Documentation as a Data Entry Clerk. In 2001, I moved on to Mortgage Capital Associates as a Doc Drawer. I was promoted within a year to Document Department Manager. In 2005, In 2006 I was recruited by Metro Cities/Prospect Mortgage to be part of the team to implement the LOS conversion from Contour to Net Oxygen as a Loan Document Technician in fulfilling my job duties I have acquired some basic coding knowledge in Jscript, VBScript and SQL. In 2011, I was promoted to Business System Analyst. Also, in 2011, I completed a 6 week course in Business Analysis from DevelopMentor.
