I serve as a liaison for Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF) veterans. I'm responsible for the coordination, management, evaluation, and control of Informatics and Data Management to provide effective support in both clinical and administrative support functions at the V.A. Medical Center and the Department of Defense. I gather, validate, and analyze data, performed a quantitative and qualitative analysis of system processes and aligned them with Central Office’s directives using the results to improve programs and service lines. I produce data reports, graphs, flow charts, with Excel and Power Point. I provide administrative, technical and analytical support to clinicians and management in the areas of planning for, developing, integrating, implementing and managing clinical information. Addition duties include receiving, answering calls, scheduling, and conveying requested information to staff members. Create correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication with Publisher, Power Point, and Word.
