About Ronald Dutch

I am currently looking for a new management position in the food industry. I started my career as a cook in and worked my way up to a Managing Partner for Chili's Restaurant and currently work as a manager for Weis Markets. I have overseen restaurants from staffs to 20 to over 50 people and worked from fine dining to a casual theme restaurant. My career I have leaned about what hospitality and customer service is all about and what makes a successful restaurant and a very successful team. My training in management has been an asset in leading and directing people and learning to become a great leader. I am always looking to learn and move my career so better myself and my family I also enjoy the great life and work balance as I love to travel, especially cruising, and play golf whenever I can. I enjoy family and friends and spending time with them whenever I can.
