I'm also an Environmental Customer Support Technician with a background as a Computer Network Technician and Systems Administrator. I have an extensive background in maximum up-time for networks and on understanding of server operating systems, electrical concepts, security and problem solving. I provide continuous improvement input and strategy development. I achieve objectives through teamwork, excellent communication, and years of experience. I help government agencies secure their Information technology networks. I have 10 years experience on large DoD enterprise systems, as well as 9 years experience with Windows Domain Administration and Group Policy design, MS SQL Server, Active Directory and Backup/Recovery. I add value to any endeavor through my wide knowledge and experiences as well as my interpersonal skills that empower teams to create success. During my career span, I have graduated from transactional to more strategic responsibilities successfully and the journey continues.
