With over a decade of cross-industry experience—spanning hospitality, retail, and education—I’ve cultivated a unique blend of customer-centric and technical expertise that now fuels my passion for IT and innovation in the airline industry.Currently contributing to the dynamic environment at JetBlue Airways, I’ve had the privilege of evolving from frontline operations at JFK Terminal 5 to driving technology-driven transformation at LaGuardia’s award-winning Terminal B—named the world’s best airport by Skytrax (2023 & 2024) and the top U.S. airport by Forbes Travel in 2024.Key accomplishments at JetBlue include- Delivering exceptional White-Glove IT support to C-suite executives, ensuring high-level service delivery- Serving as the go-to escalation point for IT issues across our NYC and NJ teams- Leading the seamless migration from LGA -Marine Air Terminal A to the newly developed, high-tech LGA Terminal B- Providing AV support for our Executive Boardroom Suite during quarterly earnings calls and high-profile events.
