2018-Current After leaving Wilma Sugar I joined up with M1 Solution, contract maintenance planning with whom I am contracted to Glencore at the Collinsville Coal wash Plant 2016-2018 I was employed with Wilmar Sugar based at the Pioneer Pant in the Burdekin region 2004-2016 I was employed by Incitec Pivot Pty Ltd at their Phosphate Hill site and have for the past 13 years, commencing as a contractor then to a permanent role as Maintenance Fitter within the Phosphoric Acid and Beneficiation plants. This role lead to the following positions- • Shutdown Planner for the Phosphoric Acid • Maintenance Planner Phosphoric Acid • Infrastructure Superintendent Through these roles I gained valuable experience in the production processes and maintenance schedules with a high emphasis on safety. During my time with Incitec Pivot I have gained experience in a wide array of areas ranging from – • Production Processes • Maintenance schedules and procedures • Maintenance strategies using RCM methodology • Maintenance budget- creating and maintaining • Mentoring and coaching • Computer programs - SAP, MS Project, Excel, Word • Safety- ensuring safety standards are adhered to • Procurement- parts and materials • Liaising with personnel- on-site and off-site Along with past experiences working overseas and other mining and engineering companies within Australia I feel that I can confidently contribute to either a role within planning and or a supervisory with my experience with budgets, and scheduling of maintenance tasks. As a trade qualified and highly experienced planner with extensive knowledge of maintenance planning with fixed plant and equipment, I am highly motivated and continue to learn and develop my skills as well as share my knowledge with others. I am a valuable asset to any organisation because of my ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, my planning and execution skills and my general approach to focus on achieving the job results safely.
