Advises industry and government on different aspects of environmental management and sustainability from planning through to the development and operation of projects and corporate wide programs. Professional practice encompasses the municipal, upstream oil and gas, mining, transportation and infrastructure, education, and food and beverage sectors, applying expertise in corporate and community sustainability, regulatory affairs and risk management, and environmental planning. Approach to sustainability combines a technical background in the natural sciences with a planning profession. Knows how to leverage modern sustainability practices to clear opposition to projects and gain stakeholder confidence, reduce risks and take advantage of improved operational efficiencies for cost savings. Practice has taken an integrated and balanced perspective of environmental and development issues on projects in diverse sectors from the Canadian Arctic to the Caribbean.
