Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of designing, engineering and manufacturing of complex industrial products and systems used in a variety of markets. In addition, extensive knowledge and experience in the field of ICT and business process management. Because of my broad interest in various (technical) fields I have built over the years a solid body of knowledge to create outstanding products and solve complex issues and diverse problems in the domain of product development. Designing and creation of innovative industrial products, using different disciplines such as, hardware, electronics,(embedded) software, mechatronics and user experience, gives me energy to work with a team of motivated colleagues to create high quality products that meet all expectations. As a versatile Manager Product Development - R&D with an eye for detail I do like to set clear objectives that are not only ambitious but also realistic. My preferred management style is coaching, but if necessary I can also switch to "deliver as agreed”.
