About Ronald Niebo

I am a hands-on Project Manager with strong leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex projects and solutions on time and within budget. Most recently, I built and managed a team of 6 talented project managers over the past 6 years to produce accredited continuing education programs. I mentored and oversaw their progress by demonstrating project management tools and processes, working through SOPs, and teaching how to store and report on all project progress from the company’s enterprise workflow management system - Adobe Workfront. My team worked collaboratively with medical professionals and in-house services (e.g, creative, studio, and digital implementation teams) to ensure projects launched on time and met the standards and specifications of the grant documents. In 2022, the team of 6 published approximately 850 deliverables in support of the company’s mission to educate physicians to improve patient outcomes. Before producing medical education programs, I worked as a research analyst for a small consulting company dedicated to helping companies implement statistically significant strategies to meet industrial safety needs. Clients included foreign and domestic oil and gas production companies, man-made ceramic insulation producers, healthcare communications publishers, and mining companies. Working closely with a broad range of clients required the development of strong customer service and relationship management skills to initiate and complete projects designed to meet and exceed their specific goals. As an analyst, I co-authored several occupational health and safety articles highlighting positive health and safety outcomes. Clients appreciated the careful work that went into these articles; publication in peer-reviewed journals showcases an ability to transform the unique problems of the client into a respected, referenced, work product highlighting positive examples for the industry.
