In my role as Logistics Area Supervisor at Astra Honda Motor, I managed distribution and inventory operations across six key regions, optimizing stock levels through data-driven forecasting, building real-time dashboards, and ensuring successful new product launches. Earlier, as a Junior Business Analyst at Finardi & Co, I delivered feasibility studies, expansion strategies, and organizational development projects used by government and private sector clients.
