About Ronald Rae

With over eight years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. I have a legal background with a JD and a BA in Psychology from Gonzaga University, which gives me an edge in negotiating, communicating, and understanding customer needs. I am currently the Director of Sales at AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in the US, where I lead a team of over 50 sales professionals across multiple locations. In my role as the Director of Sales, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, including strategy, budget, training, performance, and customer satisfaction. I leverage my expertise in social networking and CRM to generate leads, build relationships, and increase loyalty. Under my leadership, my team has consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets, improved CSI scores, and increased gross profits. I am also a recipient of the Rising Star award and a featured recipient of the "Top 20 under 40" recognition for my outstanding achievements and potential in the industry.
