It is my belief that Ford has a competitive edge because of this instant Corporate feedback. Dynamic feedback reduces Manufacturing weaknesses and increase ROI. Additional developments include learning models, universal/Global visual, non-verbal, Drive Mode Model for Driveability & web based training programs for Complete Complex Vehicle & Fix It Right The First Time on Time strategy.
