Background

About Ronald Skor

I am direct and get to the point quickly. I explain my position, take practical action and expect results to be evaluated quickly. I thrive when I can take on projects on my own, set my own schedule, and don't let others tell me too much. I take calculated risks and convince others of my point of view by providing factual information. Everyone knows that I have high expectations of myself and others. I set my own standards when evaluating the results. Those who tune in to my intensive approach often exceed my own expectations. Others may feel left out. I don't show much personal warmth, but I keep in close contact with a few people who share my ambitions. These close confidants understand that I want to succeed with special achievements. My basic behavior is characterized by initiating and developing. Many respect me because I handle crisis situations, get to the bottom of problems, and produce imaginative ideas, products, and systems. My primary focus is on innovation and implementing new ideas on a large scale.
