Maintained a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance (SSBI) while serving in the U.S. Navy. • Managed development and production of RF Radios and navigational smart phones models with Motorola Inc. through a team of 60 production staff. Owned and managed a $6.5 million account for Xerox Business Services, accountable for profit and loss, operations, logistics customer services and handled a team of 80 IT professionals.• Ten years of people management experience, overseeing engineering and technical teams in the areas of electronics and electrical engineering.• Boeing project manager while on assignment in Nagoya, Japan. Worked with complex cross functional teams and managed employees to perform engineering and technical activities representing multiple skill areas, gaining international exposure with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI).• Led cross-functional subject matter experts (SME’s) to develop specifications and review vendor bids for the design, manufacture, and procurement of Boeings Spar Automation equipment. Initiated, planned, and managed the design, completion, and acceptance tests of the Spar Automation equipment before delivery to customers.
