I am a University of Manitoba graduate, Bachelor of Commerce degree, double-major in Human Resources and Logistics, with Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. I have 8 years of progressive HR experience in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Additionally, I have worked overseas for 2 years in south-east Asia as an HR Consultant, using my expertise in staffing for employees located in Canada, USA, Germany, United Kingdom, The Philippines, and other countries. My functional expertise includes Full-cycle recruitment and selection, staffing, employee and labour relations (in both union and non-union roles), supportive employment, internal and external investigations, training and development, public education, presentations, health and safety, human rights, mentorship, job evaluation, policy development, continuous improvement, and research.
