About Ronan McKernan

I am a creative entrepreneur and videographer with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and building brands. As the Co-Founder of The Social Plug, I lead the production of cinematic, impactful content that helps brands and businesses connect with their audiences. Alongside this, I run Broductions and Cinematic Love, focusing on commercial videography and modern, bespoke wedding films that capture authentic moments. While building my businesses, I am completing a part-time Business Studies degree that I will finish this summer. This has provided a comprehensive foundation in management, marketing, finance, and organizational behaviour. The flexible structure of the program has allowed me to directly apply business theories to real-world scenarios within my ventures, creating a unique, hands-on learning experience. With expertise in videography, marketing, and e-commerce, I am committed to pushing creative boundaries and delivering meaningful results, whether through visual storytelling or entrepreneurial endeavours. While work is a big part of my life, I also find it is important to take some time away. Over the past few years, I have enjoyed spending time travelling and photographing landscapes and people all around the world. I have a passion for F1 that has brought me to many new countries to attend races and challenge myself with some photography. At home you will often find me exploring nature with a hike or obsessing over creating the best cup of coffee. I feel privileged to work in an industry that makes every day a new challenge and provides constant opportunities, however I am looking towards the future with the goal of spending a much longer period abroad and learning from the challenges that comes with a new environment and possibly a new role.
