About Roni N.

As a passionate Hospitality and Business Management Professional, I have spent the last 7 years creating and managing successful ventures in the UAE. With a degree in Hospitality Management from Duke University, I have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional services and experiences to customers and clients. Currently, I am the Business Development Manager at RUSTY BLADE, a salon venture that I launched and managed from scratch. I orchestrated the entire process, from headhunting skilled professionals to securing government approvals and acquiring cutting-edge equipment. I also built the brand from the ground up, managing social media presence and establishing a chic and inviting space. I thrive amidst challenges, transforming a vision into a thriving reality. My professional journey revolves around two core principles: Generating Profits and Customer Satisfaction. I have successfully launched and managed four restaurants and coffee shops, each with its own unique concept and appeal. I excel in team management, recruitment, and customer service training, as well as presenting detailed financial and customer satisfaction reports to the owner. I am a mastermind in both vision and execution, turning concepts into flourishing realities. I am always open to exploring collaborations, sharing insights, and connecting with like-minded professionals. If you share a passion for excellence and growth, let's embark on a journey together.
