About Ronique Watson

I like to work with people. I like solving problems. I find having a strong connection to people is how you learn to navigate the world and solve problems. Having good communication skills is an asset that helps you break barriers and establish heartfelt connections. One of my favorite things is helping people find solutions that work for their lifestyle. I am very good at project management. I have a versatile background from customer service to corporate operations. I have opened new stores, trained new staff, onboarded employees, won sales competitions, administered staff morale programs, performed inventory management, and managed corporate programs. I have found that being organized with excellent communication is the only way to get projects done effectively. My favorite thing is seeing a project that I’ve been working on come into fruition. There is a certain level of satisfaction that comes with solving problems and having tangible results. When I am not managing projects or helping fix problems, you can catch me in the kitchen making healthy dishes, checking out local farms, hanging out in my garden, exploring the local state parks, and thrifting for antiques.
