About Ronit Ghiya

A car runs on fuel. I run on curiosity. I solve problems to meet my daily quota of dopamine. I love working across various domains at startups, but my heart beats for storytelling and marketing. As Pablo Picasso rightly said, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” This is the quote I try to live by. I am in pursuit of exploring my gifts, and giving them away to make this world a better place :) Other than startups, I am curious about technology, philosophy, human behaviour and metaphysics. I love listening to and sharing stories with people. The past 4 years have been a great learning for me. Except for accounts, I have worked in all business departments: sales, marketing, operations, human resources and project management. This has taught me to look at all problems from a first principle lens, and hence not shy away from them. I have also helped senior executives in building their personal brands on Linkedin and played a small role in communicating their wonderful stories to the world. Currently, I am looking to work with early-stage startups and help them scale. I am an auto-didact, so an opportunity to learn new skills and solve problems that I haven't encountered before would be a plus :) Also, I believe.
