About Ronja Stentoft

My key focus, is to position Danske Bank as an attractive and preferred workplace across our key markets, the Nordics and Lithuania. One of the most important challenges for me, and the financial sector, is to close the gender gap; making sure we attract even more brilliant women to Danske Bank by strengthening our employer brand, and at the same time foster a workplace and culture for them to thrive in so the biggest talents stay with us and grow into senior leadership positions. That also goes for the men, by the way • I take an active role in building a culture and organization which values diversity and inclusivity, where every voice is valued, making Danske Bank a top choice for diverse talents. • I spend most of my time strengthening Danske Bank’s employer brand on digital platforms and social media, working data driven with everything from large scale campaigns to empowering colleagues to use their voices via our employee advocacy programme. • And I value knowledge sharing more than most, being a strong believer in building close relationships with colleagues and stakeholders because the best long-term results in my experience come from teaming up – working towards common goals across departments instead of steering towards your own short-term goals and KPIs. I have worked with employer branding, digital activation, and employee advocacy since 2014, and my academic background includes a degree in Organization & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School (2017). However, what really characterizes me is curiosity and my open mindset to always learn and grow with the people around me.
