About Ronni Hendel

I work as an executive coach, facilitator and consultant with individual leaders, groups and teams. My focus is on supporting my clients in building the mindsets, self-awareness and overall capacity to achieve results through others and to navigate through increasing complexity. My clients are located across the globe, including Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East as well as throughout the United States. I work with leaders at all levels, including those in senior executive and C-level roles. My training as a coach has focused on the inner work that we must do to remain fully present even-and especially-when we are challenged. I draw on neuroscience, somatics and mindfulness to support my clients in creating new habits and making real, sustainable change. My clients' experience is at once profound and immediately practical. I am also skilled at working with teams and organizations looking to create powerful cultures and strategies. In addition to individual and team coaching, I also support the development and implementation of broader leadership and culture development strategies, curricula and programs. I am thrilled to offer Coaching Supervision services. Coach Supervision is an emerging practice designed to provide a reflective space for coaches, working with a skilled partner, to gain insight, perspective and energy so that they can increase their capacity to serve their clients and be fully present in their work as coaches. Certified as a Presence-Based Coach® and with the NeuroLeadership Group (coaching) and Barrett Values Centre (values assessments.)
