As a Senior DPS Project Lead at BAM Ireland, I drive the implementation of BAM’s digital strategy and ISO 19650-compliant information management across tenders and live projects. My focus lies in enhancing project outcomes through smart use of data, structured information flows, and innovative digital tools, ensuring quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency at every stage of the asset lifecycle. With over 11 years in the construction industry and a strong foundation in civil engineering and digital construction analytics, I lead project-based digital deployment—aligning stakeholders, managing Common Data Environments (CDEs), developing federated models, and driving information compliance through clear Responsibility Matrices, MIDPs, and TIDPs. I also provide strategic input during tenders and contribute to BAM’s Centres of Excellence, advancing best practices and supporting project teams in achieving excellence. I’m passionate about fostering a digitally enabled, collaborative environment within construction—one that leverages data for smarter decisions, improves delivery certainty, and contributes to BAM’s purpose of building a sustainable tomorrow.
