Project Management Managed and implemented a variety of critical projects for a full-service acute care hospital, which included a $6M clinical conversion from Meditech to HMS, multiple smaller construction projects, development of recycling program, and restructuring of IS and Plant Operations departments. Market Expansion Led all strategic and capital planning for an emergency medicine and general surgery center, including the opening of two clinics in a growing and affluent market.
