Currently serving as a Fraud Agent and Credit Ambassador at TD Bank, I investigate claims, conduct compliance reviews, and analyze Quality Assurance trends to ensure high quality service and adherence to regulatory standards. With a strong background in fraud investigation, I have investigated both fraud and non-fraud claims, actioned control reports, and mentored peers in these areas. Previously, I honed my leadership skills as a Senior Store Supervisor at Republic Bank, managing daily operations and a team of seven, overseeing audits, and facilitating account services for both personal and business customers.
