About Ronnie Hatcher

Growing up I always sought adventure and duty to my country. Joining the ranks of the U.S. Army brought comradery and the adventure I desired. I knew after serving my first four-year enlistment I would make this job a career. I pride myself on adaptability. After serving over two decades in the U.S. Army Special Forces, I have found myself in many ambiguous situations in some of the most austere environments but have always come out on top. These experiences have shaped and helped me grow as a person and a leader, a leader of the some of the best-trained and elite Special Operations soldiers. People are our most important asset and taking care of them is my top priority. I have developed a passion for building and facilitating teams to achieve success while working in some of the most challenging environments. I have worked in the European theater for almost half of my military career. This experience enhanced my ability to establish cross-functional teams around the world all while fostering a great multinational workplace culture. I bring drive to an organization and deliver top results through critical thinking and calculated decisions. By setting an example of excellence an environment is created were others strive to be their best. I rely on my relevant and practical view of the situation to bring order and calm to the chaos!
