About Ronnie Sei

My name is Ronnie, and I am passionate about helping people in need. It all begins when a red flag has been raised, and someone on the other side needs assistance for help. I am there, and I am giving my undivided attention to solve these complex situations and ensure timeliness in the actions I need to perform to guarantee my client's safety. I believe people to be the most critical asset to any company. People drive companies forward to success and push companies to grow and innovate new ideas. From starting as a security operator to making my way up to security management, I have developed skills within all fields to understand the many risks of what it takes to make a thoughtful business decision. When there are no red flags to be found, I ensure my team's development and take proactive measures on mitigating risks from possible security intrusions. I enjoy collaborating with people from various departments and learning how each group functions so that we may both achieve success together. With the ongoing pandemic, I am currently leveraging my work experience with the Safety and Health team to assist in COVID-19 tracking and providing guidance in data trends. This experience alone has helped me empathize with people under stressful situations and has helped me develop overall as a professional. I am a first responder to administer first aid and mental health first aid to those in a difficult situation. With 5+ years of experience in the physical security field, I am looking to take the next step into the digital environment. I believe that with the constant development of technologies and the need for more complex data systems, we will need strict security standards in place to ensure the overall protection of client and company data. I am currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Dallas to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Systems. I believe that personal development is a lifelong process. Outside of work and my educational goals, I enjoy playing bass guitar and exploring my creative ideas with my friends in making something new. I love to listen to music and to collect vinyl records, powerlifting, and traveling to learn more about culture.
