Background

About Ronnie Viklund

I have a broad range of experience within different IT roles such as System Specialist, System Manager, Technical Support, Client Support, Operations and Technical Pre-Sales but mainly I've had a focus on Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, Monitoring and Automations. Lately I've broaden myself into Azure, General Security, Organizational Thinking and General IT. I enjoy developing and delivering flexible and lasting solutions that brings value to the Business and IT Operations. I am a problem solver and a creative thinker, I enjoy thinking outside the box and I get stimulated by seeing my ideas take form into a finished result. I am not afraid to question things, as an IT Orgnization there is no reason to keep doing what you always did if there are smarter, better or simpler ways ways to do it. Working with Monitoring and Automations gives me an opportunity for insight into very specific and sometimes very complex needs as well as working with a broad range of different underlying hardware, software technologies and a broad range of people in different roles.
