I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 14, when I started my first business seal-coating driveways under my father’s Asphalt and Paving company, World Paving. I convinced my friends to work for $10 an hour, and that’s where I exposed the power of leadership, hustle and grit. In my 20s, I joined JP Morgan Chase and quickly climbed from Personal Banker to managing relationships in the Private Bank within three years. During this time, I met a real estate investor who flipped an apartment for a $3 million profit, and that moment sparked my journey into real estate investment. I started a real estate investment company in Texas, focused on buying discounted and blighted properties. With a unique marketing and acquisition strategy, I’ve led my company to complete over $31 million in real estate transactions, including 450+ unique properties across 8 states. I successfully sold two portfolios and exited two companies along the way. Currently, as the Chief Revenue Officer at Propelio, I developed and executed the go-to-market strategy to include digital marketing, online events, and curating the founder's network raising, while leading a successful capital raise with venture capital and accredited investors. My passion lies in reading books, investing in real estate projects, creating strategic initiatives, innovative marketing strategies for real estate, SAAS, equipping real estate communities, and making meaningful connections.
