I currently work at Morris, a leading provider of engineering solutions and services for various industries. My mission is to deliver innovative and effective solutions that optimize technology, enhance quality, and reduce costs. I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and implementing lean methodologies and data-driven engineering and design work. I am also skilled in manual machining, quality control, and using software such as SolidWorks, and other CAD/CAM systems. I hold an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management, a BS in Business and Entrepreneurship, and multiple certifications, including CSWA Mechanical Design, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I am passionate about creating learning environments and fostering positive change for myself and others.
