My latest story: I have experience in business and sustainability management with over 6 years in customer support roles across Sales, Sustainability Management and Transportation Logistics. My strengths lie in organizing multiple tasks, keeping to effectiveness and efficiency. I love to really dig into research while not loosing sight of the bigger picture, may it be in academia or every day investigations. Core Beliefs- Fully understand a problem before devising a solution - Focus on the "why" before explaining the "how"- Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection - Your customer pays your salary I value accountability, honesty, and social awareness. I believe in a positive, no-blame approach where challenges are met collaboratively: it’s not me vs. you, but us vs. the problem. Last but not least, I have humour despite being German.
