I am currently working as consultant in the Mumbai office of The Bridgespan Group engaged in providing advisory/strategic consulting/knowledge services to philanthropists impact funds NGOs and CSR activities to multiply the impact they create. I have worked across a wide range of projects across creating impact assessment frameworks for impact investing funds nonprofits and foundations creating financial sustainability strategies for a healthcare nonprofit and program design tweaks for nonprofits to better impact marginalized populations. I am a Management graduate (PGDM Full-time) in Finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai and and Economics (Hons.) graduate from St. Xavier's College Kolkata. I am also a musician and lead guitarist; a student of blues/rock music for seven years I have won several national-level band competitions. I have also dabbled in theater having performed in Bengali plays since my childhood and was also a lead actor at my MBA college's annual theater production GASP.
