About Rony Labaky

Experienced Project Director with 15 years of expertise, including 7 years in managing and leading strategic projects. Coming from a strong technical background (development, production monitoring) and significant experience as a Business Analyst, I progressively evolved towards project management in complex environments, mainly in Build & Run and fixed-price delivery models. Accustomed to managing large-scale projects for both public and private clients, I am proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches. In parallel with project management, I also act as a team leader, mentoring and supporting up to 10 team members in their professional growth and career development. I have also been actively involved in pre-sales activities (proposals, cost estimation), which allows me to master the entire project lifecycle: from pre-sales to production deployment, as well as post-go-live support and application maintenance (TMA).
