I am a healthcare data and analytics leader with nearly 20 years of experience across health plans and hospital systems (managed care / PHO), partnering with business and clinical stakeholders to deliver enterprise reporting, analytics, and data platforms that support operational and strategic decision-making.I bring deep experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, including data engineers, BI developers, application developers, and BI analysts. My work has focused on building and scaling analytics capabilities that support a broad range of needs, including operational performance, regulatory and compliance reporting, audits, monitoring, and executive insights.I have led end-to-end data initiatives spanning ETL, BI, reporting, and analytics, with particular strength in architecting and delivering on-premises and cloud data warehouse solutions. I have overseen complex implementations and migrations, ensuring stability, data quality, and long-term scalability while aligning technical solutions to business priorities.My background includes extensive experience working with in pay for performance analytics with in provider space and payer data domains such as membership and eligibility, provider, medical and pharmacy claims, lab, dental and vision claims, prior authorizations, care management, utilization management, appeals and grievances, EMR, and patient registries. I have also led large-scale HEDIS and NCQA data initiatives in collaboration with external partners, supporting quality and regulatory outcomes.I am experienced in working with both onshore and offshore teams and vendors, fostering strong partnerships and accountability across delivery models.
