With a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University and a certification in Clinical Research, Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing from Clinilaunch Research Institute, I have a strong foundation in the life science field and the clinical research industry. As a Clinical Project Coordinator at Clario, I assist with the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies, which involve database setup, study documentation development, ECG machine equipment distribution and tracking, report creation and distribution, and archival of study documentation. I also coordinate project assurance meetings, support financial components of study management, and facilitate issue resolution by documenting and tracking progress. Previously, I worked as a Clinical Project Coordinator at IQVIA India, where I prepared and monitored reports, performed standard monitoring activities for studies, managed queries and queues, managed sample and kit shipment, loaded and updated sites in databases, provided portal access to the sites, and coordinated with various teams and departments. I also managed assigned monitoring responsibilities for simple protocols and non-protocol tasks, and completed role-specific trainings on time and with quality.
