Motivated and reliable for administration and office Support related work, with 16 years of experience. •Manage all the administrative activities pertaining to the projects funded by from Central Government like DST, DBT, IFCP, ARDB and Private Sector (, Unilver, Boeing Corporation. Etc) •Maintaining office accounts and gives update of the same at frequent intervals •Coordinating /executing all official paper works related to conferences and procurement •Drafting official letters & filling of papers pertaining to Projects • Travel arrangements for team members, Visitors & settlement of Travel bills •Scheduling meeting for team members and Visitors in the department •Organizing International & national conference in the department. Responsibilities include taking care of conference kit, booking of accommodation, travel arrangement, coordination with delegates from India and foreign, Coordinating with other volunteers for the conference at registration desks, food corner etc, •Co-ordinates and supports all other extra-curricular activities in the Department ( includes Faculties, PhD, Research Associates, & Project Assistants & others) •Working on SAP, Wave 1 (Creating Projects, HR Service request, Generating Purchase orders, SDN Reservations, Project System etc •SAP, Wave 2,Related to Student Matter etc •Ability to prioritise tasks I am very serious about maintenance of integrity, work ethics and confidentiality
