Started my work career, mainly sales and marketing, in early 90's as a manager for myself. It ended up to 10 yrs period as a Marketing manager of Alpine disciplines in Finland including Alpine & Freestyle World Cups and Freestyle World Championship events. Nowadays as the Business development director, Retail media at Rebl Group Oyj, I lead the strategy and execution of our flagship project. Quit often involved also in cooperations and sponsorship projects. With over 25 years of experience in various international marketing and sales roles, I have a proven track record of creating value and growth for both start-ups and established companies. Latest interest and object of love, in business life, is Subsoccer. It's a game which have huge potential to create Bench Soccer as a Global Sport! I have an MBA from Aalto University Executive Education, where I focused on managing innovation and renewal. I am passionate about leveraging my creativity and analytical skills to design and implement customer-centric initiatives that enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I also enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and partners to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
