As a IT software services delivery professional at Infosys, accountable for delivering complex IT initiatives for a global customer in the beauty and personal care industry delivering IT applicaiton services across digital eCommerce, mobile applications, and ERP supply chain optimisation in APAC, Europe, UK, and North America. My responsibility is to oversee application maintenance & support, deliver innovations, oversee seamless execution of projects and driving business value through tailor made technology solutions aligning to strategic organisational goals.With a hands-on approach, I oversee diverse teams across Europe, North America, UK and India delivering projects and services on time and within scope. I also engage in stakeholder management and communications to effectively maintain business relationships to bridge the gap between IT and business coupled with proficiency in digital transformation and command over business processes providing solutions to meet client needs and expectations.Prior to this, I managed an integrations team facilitating application integration, customer, supplier and carrier integrations. Have been part of large integration platform migrations and security improvements for top EU freight logistics provider. I was accountable for creating project plans, defining project tasks, scheduling, progress reports, budgeting, vendor management, issue management and strengthening the B2B integrations to boost operational efficiency. Have also been part of post-acquisition, and spinoff software consolidation programs to rationalise the application portfolio and create separate instances of platforms and systems for the new organisation. My experience across various industries and distinct business scenarios gives me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the modern digital landscape.
